Hello! I'm Florencia, I'm 39 years old and I am from Argentina. I've always worked as an English teacher in my country, teaching in companies, schools, institutes, and even providing in-company classes to well known companies. Since the pandemic , I've been teaching online to entrepreneurs. I also have experience in customer service. I believe that alongside teaching, I have a service-oriented profile. I'm detail-oriented and a bit of a perfectionist. In terms of customer care, I worked for Norwegian at the International Airport of Ezeiza at check-in and baggage claims. My first job was also in bilingual customer service, I worked in a call center for the company Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, taking inbound calls from OH, IN, and KY, providing information to customers about their health insurance policies. While working part-time, I also did translations for Masterdubbing. Lastly, my only Spanish-speaking job was at an accounting firm, where I worked as a payroll clerk and secretary. WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR: I'm eager to find a remote job that allows me to work for companies outside my country, with the opportunity to learn something new. My abilities lie in assistance, bilingual English language proficiency, organizational skills, and a knack for quickly picking up new technological programs.
